1. Product Introduction of the industrial biomass gasifier

Industrial biomass gasifier is the latest design of our company for industrial use and can replace the traditional coal/oil/gas burner machinea.It use biomass fuel(wood pellet,sawdust,wood chips,coconut shell and palm shell,etc) as conbustion fuel. Widely usded to provide heat source for  steam/thermal/hot water boiler, and connect with rotary dryer for drying sawdust, drying sands, drying vinasse, drying manure, etc. With many advantages of non-pollution, cost saving, environmental friendly, high degree of automatic operation, ash free, stable operation, high thermal efficiency, operation & maintenance convenience,  it "cooks" the pellet to obtain the syngas required for the burning, and is ignited at the nozzle of the Gasifier. In actual fact, it is burning the syngas with no flying sparks nor black smoke, with carbon dioxide emission less than 2% and dark smoke less than 1% etc. We have years experience in manufacture, design and development, and can customize the gasifier burner to meet the needs of different customers.

3. Product Feature of the industrial biomass gasifier

1) The chamber is the key parts of the burner, it always suffer a high temperature of about 1000 ?.We use imported special high temperature material. And adopt advanced production technology, its multi-protection, not only to ensure the quality of the burner, but also improves its heat efficiency .The heat efficiency is up to 92% while burner surface temperature close to room’s temperature.

2) The device uses a streamlined design of the fire, the burner fire out without resistance, higher combustion efficiency. And unique direct-fired semi-gasification combustion with swirl secondary air supply to make 2nd combustion, greatly improving its thermal efficiency.

3) Feeding speed and air supply controlled by VFD .Simply input the required temperature, then feeding and blower ratio will be set automatically.

4) Feeding motor and blower are provided by Taiwan or China well-known brand suppliers.

5) Flexible power transmission, smoothly conveying, easy maintenance and fir back prevent.

6) The machine will be automatic alarm when lack of fuel or improper operation, high security.

7) This machine adopts 3 times oxygen supply so that more complete combustion, less ash  and more friendly& energy saving.

8) Burner tube material is special stainless steel, heat-resistant temperature up to 1100 degrees, long use time (generally the ordinary stainless steel or seamless steel pipe, only can stand 400-800 degrees and short use time).

9) Nice appearance ,practical design, carefully making, with metal paint spraying, frame rack with lifting pole and sliding rails for easy installation and maintenance
